Well, yesterday, our flick got played at a local cinema. It was truly one of the proudest moments of my life; nothing beats seeing your name in big letters on the silver screen.

The atmosphere was great. Although the audience was all our friends, they all loved it and laughed with, rather than at, it, which is always a good sign.

We also got interviewed by the local radio station, which we weren't expecting. I think we kind of put across the perception that young filmmakers are all gorehounds, but we at least said we're "working up to the thoughtful cinema."

Anyway, here's some pics from the event (which I taped all of... we might use the audience laughter as an alternate audio track on the DVD like a bad sitcom) and here and here are a couple of pics from our radio interview (which I also taped ).

This particular cinema is very small (only one screen) so you can hire it out for private functions and stuff like that. I can't give you any sort of accurate prices 'cos college arranged it but I think it was somewhere in the region of ?160 - ?200, and we were there for about 2.5 hours.

    Don't intend to.
